Today I took my mother into Urgent Care to be seen. The service was excellent from the Front Desk to the Nurses to the Doctor. The receptionist Cristina was so friendly and warm when registering my mom. And then the nurse that roomed her was so sweet and explained everything and the female doctor that assisted my mom was so helpful. If I could give Logan Heights Urgent Care more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for everything.

Very unprofessional experience. I brought in my rimless glasses for prescription lenses, and after waiting weeks, the glasses kept coming loose multiple times. Every time I returned, they only tightened them instead of fixing the actual issue. I took them to LensCrafters, where they told me the holes in the lenses were drilled too wide. After bringing them back to be redone, I later discovered they had simply used glue around the screws instead of properly fixing the problem. On another occasion, my wife’s eye exam appointment was canceled the same day while we were already on our way because the doctor wasn’t there. Very disappointing customer service overall. Would not recommend — save your money and go somewhere else.

I left feeling grateful! I had a bad ear infection. The pain was keeping me from sleeping at night. I knew I had to get help, but was not looking forward to the urgent care "experience" as I was expecting a long wait time; and wasn't even sure if I could be helped. I arrived around 11:30 and was out By 2:15. Usually when I am very sick and go to the ER I wait 4+ hours so I was very grateful to be helped at Logan Heights Urgent care in this amount of time. The nurse and provider who helped me took their time to explain procedures and my care. And most importantly I left with less ear pain!

Well I went to pick up my new prescription glasses that I've been waiting for for weeks and I arrived just before they close at 5:30pm and a nurse from the vision center was walking out the door to leave for the night. I asked her, "would you please please get me my glasses real quickly before you leave and go for the night? I've been waiting for so long and it's very hard for me to get over here!" She said no which was disappointing. Another woman in administration was much more helpful but she couldn't find anyone in the vision center to help me because they were all gone for the night. The health center here is convenient because it has many different specialties at this one location. Parking isn't bad and it's free to park!

I took my mom to urgent care here at 1:15PM and we were called in at 3:10PM. The doctor who assessed my mom was professional and emphatic. He explained he was ordering x-rays but wasn’t sure if we would be able to do them the same day because the x-ray department closed at 5:00pm. The x-ray technician took my mom back at 4:50pm. I never expected a healthcare worker to be rude and unprofessional to a person who is getting treated for trauma on her knees and shoulder. She was upset from the beginning of the interaction and rudely told us she only had 10 minutes. She was rushing and annoyed. She talked to my mom rudely, demanded she get on the bed quickly and asked her to rolled on her side, on the shoulder that was injured. After I mentioned the her shoulder was hurt and she was in pain, the technician annoyingly said “ how do you want me to take x-rays if you don’t roll on your side.” My mom was telling me in Spanish “I can’t, it hurts too much.” After reiterating this to the technician, she then decided it would be easier to do the x-rays standing up. While that did ease my mom’s pain the technician continued to berate my mom when she didn’t change angles or move at the technician
